Setting up your account so you can get ready to Tutor!
Once you have completed your contract & payroll paperwork, and BookNook Certification, you will be invited to create an account in our BookNook Platform. This is one of the systems that you learned how to navigate in your certification course. If you have not yet received the invitation email, please keep in mind that invitations are sent once a week on Thursdays.
What is the BookNook Platform?

How do I access the BookNook Platform?
Once you set up your account:

To set up your account for the first time:
Find your email invitation to activate the account
- Subject of the invitation email:"Welcome to BookNook!"
- Sender: support@booknook.com
- The email contains your username and temporary password. Log in to change your password and activate the account.
IMPORTANT: Your username for the BookNook Platform should always be the same email address you use to log in to the BookNook Tutor Portal. All of our systems use your email address to connect your information.
