Tutors who have completed BookNook Certification will automatically have access to the full Tutor Community.
1) To access the Tutor Community, click the 'Community' button in your Tutor Portal account
2) Accept Terms and Conditions
The first time you log into the Tutor Community, you will need to read and accept the Terms and Privacy conditions for using the Community.
Once you have accepted these Terms, you won’t see this pop-up again.
3) Enjoy connecting with other tutors & accessing helpful resources!
- Check out the 'Social Corner' to find different groups by topic, and chat with other tutors!
- Your 'Home' page is where you can access information about the upcoming schedule of tutoring opportunities, and important announcements from BookNook
- Once you receive your background check clearance, the 'Substitute Chat' is a great place to find extra opportunities to pick up additional appointments.
- The 'Tutor Success' tab contains useful articles to support your professional development and resources for working with students virtually.
- Make sure to keep an eye on our 'Events' and sign up for virtual webinars or opportunities to connect with the BookNook team!
